Comments: Dr. Kowalsky is a knowledgable, trustworthy, and reliable doctor. I tore my ACL for the second time and was getting conflicting medical opinions about how to proceed. Dr. Kowalsky walked me through the entire process, explained all of my options, and gave me the space to make the final decision. Surgery and recovery went smoothly and he was available for any questions/concerns I had. Highly recommend!
