Comments: I was referred to ONS after separating my rotator cuff / deltoid tendons from a cycling wipeout on a 30mph downhill. Was very fortunate to get Dr. Kowalsky - he knows this injury and how to deal with athletes, at all levels. He managed to avoid the HMO “conservative therapy” nonsense and get me right into surgery. Recovered completely - I’ve got full ROM, strength and fine motor movement. Can’t say enough about the care, expertise and professionalism. Dr. Kowalsky is the best of the best.
