Comments: Dr. Kowalsky is an outstanding surgeon. Skillful and knowledgeable. He fixed a complex, unusual large tear in my rotator cuff after a fall. It has been 8 months after the procedure and my range of motion is better than it has been in years. I am a high maintenance patient and Dr. Kowalsky exceeded my expectations widely.
