Comments: Dr. Kowalsky was the best surgeon and doctor I have had the fortune of being with. He is intelligent, caring, careful and best of all great when you are under the knife. I had a major shoulder surgery and throughout the pre-op and post-op process I never had a doubt that my shoulder wasn't fully healed. I couldn't recommend Dr. Kowalsky enough
